This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The home itself was sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals, hanging out, and playing at the beach. The location was awesome just steps from the beach. The parking out front was a huge bonus. Highly recommend Grant Beach House!
Nothing but good things to say about this place my family and I loved staying here. The home has its own parking huge plus, check in was very simple and easy. Home smelled and looked clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking meals, bathroom necessities, beach necessities there was not one thing I needed that they didn't have made are stay even better. In a great location only steps away from the beach. Lisa and Andrew where great host I highly recommend this place my family and I will definitely be back.
This place is awesome. Lisa met us and greeted us upon arrival, that was nice. I feel like this house is a lot closer to the beach than the photos showed! Great restaurants, a nice boardwalk to take a walk on every morning. The house has all the amenities that one would need, including towels, beach chairs, sun tan lotion, Weber grill. Can’t wait to come back!
We have stayed at Grant Beach house twice with our family and have zero complaints. The house is in a great walkable location and convenient with off street parking. Each time the house has been extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. The provided beach toys and chairs/umbrellas are also so nice to have. We will always look up Grant beach house when returning to Hollywood!
Lisa and Andrew were very responsive and hospitable. Very easy to coordinate with and they had many great recommendations. Location was great and they had many cool beach toys and games. Great place to lounge.
Nothing can beat this location. It’s literally 30 seconds walk from the beach. Amazing house! Very clean and quiet with great backyard and bbq. Hosts are above and beyond, when our attempt to start the bbq didn’t succeed, Andrew brought us a new gas tank to make sure we would have that great night with steaks, wow! Thanks Andrew! Will definitely recommend this stay!
Had a great stay at Lisa & Andrew's place during F1 weekend. Great proximity to Ft. Lauderdale airport, easy walk to vibrant beach. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Kitchen reasonably stocked with supplies for cooking meals. Nice patio with grill out back.
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs and an umbrella to take down to the beach. We also loved the location and how it was walking distance to everything on the boardwalk including margaritaville! We got locked out of the house, but Lisa quickly resolved the problem and gave us a new code. Great place!
Great property located just steps from the beach and broadwalk. We had three couples in the house and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. House was extremely clean. Check in was a breeze. Would 100% recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Hollywood Beach.
The Grant Beach House was beyond our expectations. There were 8 of us and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is perfectly situated among restaurants and a few shops and it really was just steps from the beach! And the place was VERY clean with some nice personal touches, including shampoo, conditioner, and body gel in each shower!
This home was one of the best stays we have ever had. The location was perfect as far as walkability to the Broadwalk and the beach (a couple small blocks). But it still felt quiet and peaceful. The outdoor hangout space is really lovely too. Everything was super clean and tidy inside, and the home is very spacious in the living room and all three bedrooms. There were plenty of linens, which is so appreciated near the beach. The beach chairs and toys made it very easy with kids. The hosts were so friendly and responsive! We felt like we were in a little paradise by the sea!
This place was perfect! Had everything you could possibly need and more. The hosts have gone above and beyond in providing things for their home. There were six of us and we all loved it! Thanks for taking care of your place and for caring about the needs of your guests. We will be back!!!!!
We loved our stay. The beach house is so convenient to the boardwalk and the beach. A few steps away and you’re right in a beautiful spot. Lisa is a great host; the house is fresh and clean. We had a fantastic family trip and would definitely return.
Lisa and Andrew's place was an absolute gem! we visit Hollywood beach every year and this house makes you not want to leave. it's steps to the beach and broadwalk. the house was amazing! Clean, Modern and lots of amenities. I will definitely book again in a heartbeat..
What a perfect place to stay. Place is super clean, and organized. Very convenient to the beach, and anything else you want to do. Hosts we’re awesome, no one bothered us and didn’t have to meet anyone. Great job on the airbnb very welcoming to see mine and my guests names written on the little black board! Thanks guys we will be back again.
