Home smelled and looked clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking meals, bathroom necessities, beach necessities there was not one thing I needed that they didn't have made are stay even better. In a great location only steps away from the beach. Lisa and Andrew where great host I highly recommend this place my family and I will definitely be back.

Great restaurants, a nice boardwalk to take a walk on every morning. The house has all the amenities that one would need, including towels, beach chairs, sun tan lotion, Weber grill. Can’t wait to come back!

Hosts are above and beyond, when our attempt to start the bbq didn’t succeed, Andrew brought us a new gas tank to make sure we would have that great night with steaks, wow! Thanks Andrew! Will definitely recommend this stay!

The location is perfectly situated among restaurants and a few shops and it really was just steps from the beach! But it still felt quiet and peaceful. The outdoor hangout space is really lovely too. Everything was super clean and tidy inside, and the home is very spacious in the living room and all three bedrooms. There were plenty of linens, which is so appreciated near the beach. The beach chairs and toys made it very easy with kids. The hosts were so friendly and responsive! We felt like we were in a little paradise by the sea!

The listed security deposit is based on a 2-3 night stay MUST be one guest that is at least 25 years old. We require a photocopy of driver's license or valid government ID of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for booking. MUST PROVIDE Names & Ages of all Adult guests in reservation.
Non-registered guests are not permitted overnight. Any additional person that isn’t disclosed upon booking will be subject to a charge.
ALL Garbage should be removed from the house and disposed in the garbage cans outside the house prior checking out.
No garbage should be left in the house. Check-in is anytime after 3:30PM and check-out is 10:30AM.
In the event you need different times, we will try to accommodate based on availability and potentially for an additional cost. A $200.00/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after guest checks out.
At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $150 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate property without any refund.
You must also acknowledge: We do not accept reservations with check-ins or checkouts on Saturday’s. We may accept Sunday checkins based on availability and schedule.
Management is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
